  • Registrations for this event are by invitation only. Online registrations are open from 18 June 2018 to 17 September 2018. To process your registration, you must complete the online form through the registration page.

    Participants will be hosted in single or double rooms.

    Registration fee in a shared double room: 230 EUR
    Registration fee in single room: 280 EUR

    The low registration fee is kept below cost price due to the continued generous support of EMBO, that the organisers gratefully acknowledge. This fee entitles all participants to the following:

    • Access to the scientific sessions
    • Accommodation (including breakfast) at Hotel Eden Roc, from 14 to 17 October (3 nights)
    • Coffee breaks
    • Welcome cocktail (Sunday, 14 October)
    • Lunches on Monday and Tuesday (15 and 16 October)
    • Dinners on Sunday and Monday (14 and 15 October)
    • Gala dinner on Tuesday (16 October)

    Based on collected travel information for all attendees, the organisers will do their best to offer complimentary transfer services. Please see also the Venue page, Getting there section.

    An excursion (included in the registration fee) will also be offered during the meeting.

  • Payment procedure

    Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card. Details are available through your personal myJEDI page, after registration.

    Cancellation and refunds

    Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the organising secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organisers. If accepted, cancellations within 27 September 2018 will be refunded fully, minus an administrative charge of 30 EUR; no refunds will be provided after 27 September 2018.

  • Abstracts guidelines

    You may submit an abstract through your personal myJEDI area after registration. The general guidelines are indicated below.

    Title
    The title must start in uppercase and continue in lowercase, except for conventional terms (ATP, DNA, NFκB, etc). Example:
       This title is written correctly
       This Title is Not Properly Written
       ALSO THIS TITLE IS WRONG

    Authorship
    If more than one author, underline your name (the presenting author, in whatever position you appear in the author list) and use commas to separate the names; do not use 'and' before the last author. Write first name(s) as initials and surname in full. If more than one affiliation, use sequential superscript numbers to identify each institution. Example:
      M. Rossi1, J. Doe2, F.C. Bloggs1,2
      1Dept Biomembranes, Golgi & Veratti Univ., Pavia, Italy
      2Dept Bioblast Analyses, Altmann Univ., Leipzig, Germany
